lulu Love

While the trend of fitness and staying healthy has really sparked recently, so has all girls love of everything lululemon. Founded in 1998 in Canada, the company is recently new and hot in the US. The clothing is of great quality, which is shown by their slightly high price tag.
My birthday has recently passed, and as a gift I received a lululemon gift card. I was so excited, because now I could purchase the Skinny Will pants that I had been eyeing for almost a year now. One of my favorite features of these pants is the fact that you are able to chose the waistband height. At the highest level they sit snug over your belly button, which is perfect for those headstands and yoga inversions. Or, you have the option to roll the waist band down to hip height. The length is plenty long enough, which I was a bit nervous about.
So far I have no complaints about the lululemon Skinny Will pants, and I suggest them to any yogi or girl looking for a slightly different style!

So Long Sweet Summer

After a rainy Sunday, and Fall just a day away I decided to post a little throwback to summer. Here I am wearing a maxi dress by LaFargue Clothing Co. which is new Boston based brand! Proceeds from this brand support MS and Alopecia research. Make sure to throw them a follow on Twitter and Instagram @lafadon

Kimono

This summer kimono's have been on the top of everyones "must find" list. I purchased this one at TJ Maxx, and they had an unreal selection! I paired it with my favorite Forever 21 halter crop top and a pair of original Levi high wasted jean shorts. I made these shorts this summer thanks to my best friend Rachel, who found an old pair of Levi's at our local savers in my size and for only $5! A simple cut to the length you want, along with a nice cuff can change any mom jean into cute cut-offs.

Fiji

This summer I found myself reaching for the same nail colors over and over again. My favorite go-to was Fiji by Essie. As much as I love crazy aqua, neon and eggplant nails, every girl should have a classic, girly pink for those not so extreme occasions. Fiji is just that! Finally a great, pastel pink that is actually opaque. Only two coats are needed to get a perfectly creamy color with absolutely no streaks or nail popping through. At $8.50 a bottle, Essie is a little on the steeper end, but if you've been on the hunt for a perfect pastel pink, you can't pass Fiji up!

While me and Michelle have taken the past couple weeks off while in old orchard beach I found this blouse while doing some shopping at the Maine mall..If you keep up with us many of you know I'm a pattern gal so when I saw the fringe and pattern it was pretty much a done deal. Happy hump day as always!

Pretty in Paisley

Hey Everybody!

After a beautiful, and very relaxing 3 week vacation in Cape Cod we are back! Here I am wearing a great TJ Maxx find. A paisley romper by One Clothing, for only $19.99. Great rompers are a summer essential, and with the long sleeves you can easily wear this piece into the fall. With TJ Maxx being an off-price retail company, it can be hard to find the same products due to the high turn over rate. BUT thankfully they have created TJMaxx.com so you can find great items even if your local store is all out!

Cloudy

Acid washed tank [minichica] Jeans [forever 21] Braided sandals [Forever 21]

Whenever I try to do a look to pair denim I can't help but think of Brittany and Justin at the VMA'S from the 90's ... So instead of one basic color I paired a darker bottom with a lighter acid wash to bring out the contrast. Pairing denim can be tricky so find what looks best for you!
