A great family dinner after a round of golf to end a perfect weekend! Here are my favorite go-to pants for the summer when I'm looking for something comfortable and easy. (Who wants to wear jeans in June?) A classic white tank, with some gold accessories and a simple top-knot finish off the clean look!

Sundays

Madden Girl Wedges , Ray-Ban Sunglasses , Michael Kors Watch [Similar ], J.Crew Belted Strapless Dress 

Now that summer is here, my Sundays normally consist of a day hanging by the pool with friends, and a great family dinner! Yesterday I went to a great BBQ restaurant in Worcester called Smoke Stack with my sister and dad. I wore this great J.Crew strapless dress, with pockets! (who doesn't love a dress with pockets?) I carried my usual J.Crew leather hobo bag, with a new pair of wedges I just got from 6pm.com!

Glitz and Glam

For a while now I have been obsessing over jeweled headbands. Most styles are fabric based with an elastic back allowing for comfort and stretch. These headbands are great to hid a bad hairday, rock Gatsby style, or liven up a drab outfit. My favorite is from Anthropology, but I know you can find them at Urban Outfitters, and Forever 21.  So next time you're looking for a new accessory, forget the handbag or necklace and try out a beaded headband. I promise you won't be disappointed!

  Michelle and myself went out to the Worcester Bravehearts game last night to watch a little baseball. Comfy shorts and a baseball hat can always add interest to a casual look, and having a cute pair of sneaks is always helpful for summer outings where walking is required.

Nothing brightens up a summer outfit like a nice POP of color. I always seem to reach for the neons, but a great pastel works as well! Here I am wearing a great v-neck J.Crew sweater with a neon green piping down the side seams and along the sleeves. I paired it with my favorite bandage skirt from Forever 21. A simple watch and great pair of wedges finishes off this look!

       Unfortunately I was not blessed with awesome skin like some. So in the summer with sun bathing, sunscreen, and running outside... All these factors just scream breakout. This Kate Somerville sulfur treatment is probably my favorite right now and literally worked for me over night, the Sulfur helps dry out existing and occurring pimples. This Clinique "emergency" lotion is more of a spot treatment for when you see acne start to occur. I really like this for before bed time to leave on over night. And lastly when sun bathing in the summer I notice any scarring or existing acne marks I have will somewhat become dark pigmented on skin so I purchased this Avon cream a while back and it actually really helped with existing marks. I am always on the hunt for miracle cream however there really is no such thing and you just need to find products that will hopefully work for you! Both of the top products I purchased at Sephora and you can contact an Avon representative or order online. Have a good weekend everyone!

          With Graduation parties, father's day, and whatever else you busy gals have going on having some cute dresses is a must! I figured I would spice up things  a bit from my traditional maxi dress numbers, and get something that was a bit cooler since thing's have been heating up here in Mass.

Last weekend this outfit transitioned from a nice family dinner at a local Worcester restaurant, to a night out with the girls! This great lightweight "Cheers" sweatshirt from J.Crew was one of my favorite Christmas presents this past holiday season. Easy to dress up, (as shown here), or dress down with a casual pair of jeans and converse. This black forever 21 skater skirt and my favorite Lilly Pulitzer bow belt complete the look. A little gold jewelry and you're ready to go!

May Favorites

Often times I find myself reaching for the same items week after week. Sometimes you just get hooked!

#1. Calvin Klein Euphoria- I got this perfume as a Christmas present this past year and have been obsessed with it since!
#2. YOGA- Since I started taking yoga classes at my gym at school I have become a wanna-be yogi.
#3. Anastasia Long Wearing Brow Tint- If you know me, you know that I love all things eyebrows. This brow pen keeps mine filled in thick and natural just how I like them!
#4. Essie's Merino Cool- My go-to neutral nail color.
#5. Michael Kors Mid Size Silver Glitz Watch- Only place you'll catch me without this watch on is the gym!
#6. Chuck Taylor Classic High- Tops- I think you all can tell from my recent posts that I rarely take these suckers off! My favorite summer sneaks!
#7. Under Armour Tennis Sonic Shorty- I love anything neon, and these shorts are my favorites for yoga and just lounging around.

Closet love

Top [basillola] Tank [gap] Skirt [H&M] Bracelet and Headband [Forever 21] Gladiator Sandals [Forever 21]

   On this fine hump day I am missing California so I wanted to show off my favorite steal from the west coast! I picked it up at a cute boutique closet so when in San Diego I suggest you stop there. I paired it with a tan skirt from H&M but wanted to brighten up the outfit a bit so with the help with some turquoise bracelets and a beaded headband. I figured this is something similar to what I might wear to go out for drinks or to my internship.

Over Memorial Day Weekend I made my rounds to many cookouts and graduation parties. All weekend I wore maxi dresses, to keep cool in the heat, and to stay classy. This colorfully printed maxi is one of my favorites from Forever 21. I have had it forever, and it is super easy to just throw on when you're looking for something other than the usual shorts and a tank!
